Trading Assistant - Top-Tier Hedge Fund – Exceptional Compensation + WFH

Our client, a leading multi-strategy hedge fund experiencing rapid growth, are hiring a TA as part of a major expansion of its London Middle Office team.

This highly desk-facing role sits alongside PMs and traders, blending middle office coverage with trading assistant responsibilities. You'll support live trading, monitor risk and P&L, manage lifecycle events, and act as a key point of contact for intraday trading queries. All traditional back-office and reconciliation work is handled by a separate team. Having seen a significant rise in their AUM, the firm is investing heavily in technology, AI, and infrastructure, while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Over the past few years, the firm have been able to offer several MO employees progression opportunities into more senior level positions as well as front office opportunities.

The role will offer the successful hire a significant uplift on his/her current base salary and a very large % bonus potential for a high performer.

It is possible to WFH for 1-2 days per week.
