Excel in strategic planning and regulatory compliance providing true financial advice to clients.
Develop rapport to gain an accurate understanding of client circumstances and objectives.
Focus on best practice and delivering positive client outcomes and experience.

Ideally, you will have

A background in wealth management, banking, financial services or client-facing roles.
A minimum of 3 years' professional experience, ideally in client facing environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Level 4 qualified (DipFA, IAD, CISI or equivalent) or committed to working towards Level 4 Diploma Status.

Successful applicants will be assessed for entry into St. James’s Place’s Adviser development pathway. How we support you:

A fully funded professional development programme, providing training and support required to achieve your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
If you hold a Level 4 Diploma, we will support you in achieving CAS, if not yet attained.
Practical exposure to real client work and long-term progression.
