Treasury Manager
Stanton House is exclusively supporting a leading international data consultancy (£40m Revenue) with the appointment of an Interim Treasury Manager for an initial six-month contract.
The business is undergoing a significant transformation following recent investment from a leading private equity investor. This is a high-profile opportunity to join an organisation with a complex international footprint and play a key role in strengthening treasury operations, cash visibility and liquidity management during a period of change.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Interim CFO, you will take ownership of group treasury activities across multiple international entities. The role requires an experienced treasury professional who can operate independently, take a hands-on approach and quickly make an impact across cash forecasting, banking, liquidity and working capital management.
Key responsibilities
- Own group cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across multiple international entities.
- Monitor compliance with banking facilities and covenant requirements.
- Improve cash visibility and treasury reporting across the group.
- Manage banking relationships and day-to-day treasury operations.
- Oversee cash positioning, intercompany funding and global cash management.
- Support working capital initiatives and identify opportunities to optimise liquidity.
- Partner with international finance teams to ensure effective treasury management and adherence to group policies and controls.
- Support the CFO with treasury strategy, funding requirements and financial risk management.
- Drive improvements to treasury processes, controls and reporting during the transformation.

The successful candidate will be an experienced treasury professional with a strong track record in an international, multi-entity environment.
Essential experience:
- Strong experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Proven experience managing banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Experience with covenant monitoring and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quickly in a changing environment.
- A hands-on approach, with the confidence to improve processes and provide practical support to the CFO and wider finance team.

- Day rate - £500-£600 per day
- IR35 - Outside
- Location - London, with 2–3 days per week in the office
