Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Trust Attendance Lead to drive our trust-wide attendance strategy across 43 schools, helping reduce persistent absence and improve outcomes for all pupils.
What you'll do
- Lead attendance improvement across primary, secondary and sixth form settings.
- Use data to identify barriers, target support and measure impact.
- Influence and support school leaders to deliver ambitious attendance outcomes.
- Shape policy, embed best practice and drive sustainable change.
- Build strong partnerships with families, schools and external agencies.

- Significant leadership experience across multiple schools or settings
- Expertise in attendance, inclusion and safeguarding
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- The ability to challenge, influence and inspire others
- A passion for improving outcomes for every child
