Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UGC Talent Manager at MHI Media. The UGC Talent Manager will oversee sourcing, managing, and nurturing collaborations with user-generated content (UGC) creators to support clients’ marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting talent, coordinating campaign deliverables, maintaining communication with creators, analyzing performance data, and aligning UGC strategies with client goals. The role requires a focus on fostering relationships and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator management, and UGC strategy development.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain strong partnerships with creators and clients.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platforms, including social media and content analytics tools.
• Proficiency in evaluating campaign performance metrics and deriving actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of effective storytelling and brand alignment through user-generated content.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision while contributing as a proactive team player.
• Experience in the eCommerce industry or a related field is a plus.
