Vice President - Leveraged & Aquisition Finance

Able to demonstrate the relevant level of technical knowledge and experience of Leveraged Finance solutions Demonstrate experience structuring debt financing across capital markets and bank funding solutions including High Yield bonds and Institutional Term Loan B Well-developed commercial experience in originating and evaluating new business opportunities Very good communication skills to work with various sources of information to produce easily digestible reports and presentations and other marketing media Possess very good stakeholder management skills, coupled with a professional confidence that engender the view of a ‘Trusted Partner' across a varied internal and external audience Demonstrate really good time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to managing multiple tasks often with conflicting priorities Have a firm understanding of the Risk and Control and Regulatory governance of Corporate and Investment Banking
