Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

  • Use your stakeholder management and consulting skills to build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Apply your end‑to‑end recruitment expertise to independently deliver hiring processes in line with agreed timelines, service levels, and contractual obligations.
  • Use your market insight and advisory capability to lead attraction strategy discussions with hiring managers and Sourcing partners.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing to monitor funnel metrics, identify risks or bottlenecks early, and take action to improve outcomes.
  • Apply your assessment and decision‑making skills to narrow candidate pipelines and partner with hiring managers on high‑quality shortlists.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sourcing, Administration, and other delivery teams to ensure a positive client and candidate experience.
  • Use your judgement and problem‑solving skills to anticipate stakeholder challenges, addressing issues proactively and escalating where appropriate.
  • Apply your coaching and influencing skills to guide hiring managers on achievable skills profiles and best‑fit hiring decisions.
  • Use your attention to detail and data discipline to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity across ATS and CRM systems.


Skills & Requirements:

Must have:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes autonomously, ideally with experience in volume or early careers recruitment areas.
  • Strength in building trusted relationships and influencing senior, and sometimes challenging, stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide clear, evidence‑based advice and guide stakeholders through recruitment decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with high proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems and ATS platforms, with the ability to maintain accurate and compliant data.

Nice to have:

  • Experience recruiting within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SuccessFactors and/or Eightfold, or strong learning agility with new technology.
  • Strength in analysing recruitment metrics and translating insights into practical improvements.
