Workday Solutions Analyst | London | Hybrid

A superb, newly created opportunity is now available within a Central London based Financial Services business. They are looking for a Workday Solutions Analyst to join their growing HR Systems team.

This is a hands-on role which will focus on looking at improving the businesses Workday offering, Reporting and Data as well as looking at HR processes and building Workday capability around these areas. You will act as a key link between HR, Payroll, Reward, Finance and Technology, ensuring systems are configured effectively, data integrity is maintained, and reporting supports both business and regulatory needs.

We are looking for an individual who has excellent Workday knowledge, good working experience of HR processes and the employee lifecycle and also has superb stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for Workday (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent and Reporting)
  • Designing, configuring and testing business processes, condition rules, security groups and calculated fields
  • Building custom, matrix and composite reports, calculated fields and dashboards
  • Supporting annual compensation and bonus review cycles
  • Maintaining high standards of data quality, governance and GDPR compliance
  • Leading system testing, UAT and change management activities
  • Driving process automation and continuous improvement
  • Partnering closely with HR, Reward, Payroll and Finance stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with HRIS (Workday), HR Systems and processes, HR data analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience designing and configuring Workday business processes, security and calculated fields
  • Proven ability to build custom reports (beyond running existing ones)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience of system testing and change management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with Workday Compensation, Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics or Extend
  • Exposure to payroll and reward processes
  • Previous involvement in HR system implementations or transformation programmes
