• ■ Ensuring the fabrication department efficiencies are maintained and meet the requirements of the business.
• ■ Safety and well-being of all staff, customers and visitors
• ■ Ensuring upkeep of all plant, tools, property, and services
• ■ Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistent and efficient working practices.
• ■ Working with others to aid further development of fabrication staff
• ■ Direct and indirect responsibility for the production of formwork to suit customers requirements
• ■ Working closely with Yard, Transport and Technical at all times
