We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to support PayPoint’s banking client portfolio, helping to deliver excellent service, clear communication and strong operational governance.

You’ll be the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, keeping meetings, reporting, actions and operational queries on track. What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting key banking clients and building positive relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders.
  • Organising client meetings and governance forums, preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion.
  • Coordinating monthly and quarterly reporting, review packs and management information from Operations, Finance, BI, Compliance and Customer Service teams.
  • Managing routine client queries and coordinating responses to service issues, complaints, disputes, change requests and escalations.
  • Monitoring service levels, performance, risks and operational commitments, highlighting overdue actions or concerns to the Sector Lead.
  • Maintaining client records, contact lists, escalation processes, governance documents and relevant activity trackers.
  • Supporting audit, assurance, compliance and continuous improvement activity across the banking portfolio.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in an administration, coordinator, customer service, account support or project support role.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and following tasks through to completion.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience supporting clients in a B2B environment.
  • Experience producing reports and professional presentation packs.
  • Experience in financial services, payments or another regulated industry.
  • An understanding of service management, performance reporting or account management principles.

You’ll be proactive, dependable and customer-focused, with a collaborative approach and the resilience to adapt when priorities change. You’ll enjoy taking ownership, keeping people informed and learning more about account management and client relationships.
