Salary: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team and drive revenue through both solution sales and our resourcing services.
This is a pure sales-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and loves creating new opportunities. You’ll be selling a mix of technical solutions and our specialist technical resourcing services (on-demand and permanent staffing) to clients across a range of industries.
Your responsibilities will include
- Prospecting and lead generation – building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Outbound calling and outreach to engage potential clients confidently.
- Meeting with clients (virtually and face-to-face) to present solutions and staffing services.
- Delivering engaging presentations and demos that win business.
- Selling value, not just price, and building trusted client relationships.
- Working to KPIs, targets, and deadlines consistently.
- Developing innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Collaborating with marketing, bid, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and pitches.
- Representing Akoni at networking events, industry meetups, and partner sessions.
