- We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Account Manager to join our team at SIVA Group.
As a family-owned flexible packaging manufacturer with over 50 years of experience, we're looking for someone who can help us continue building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
This is a hands-on role combining account management, customer service and commercial responsibility, with the opportunity to take ownership of an established customer portfolio through a supported handover.
What you'll be doing
- 🤝 Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and face-to-face visits.
- 📈 Managing and developing existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting commercial discussions.
- 📦 Coordinating customer orders from initial enquiry through to production, delivery and invoicing.
- 🔍 Working closely with production, planning and logistics teams to keep orders on track and resolve any issues.
- 💬 Keeping customers informed, managing expectations and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
- 📊 Maintaining accurate account records, forecasts and order information.
What we're looking for
- Experience in B2B account management, customer service or customer operations, with confidence handling commercial discussions.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Good numerical skills and confidence using Excel and CRM or order-processing systems.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to visit customers.
Experience in packaging, print or manufacturing would be a bonus!
