Job Description

The 15-year IDP contract will deliver critical utilities infrastructure upgrades at Sellafield’s Cumbria decommissioning site.

Responsibilities

  • Reception duties, meeting & greeting of visitors, Customers, Suppliers
  • Being the designated building controller
  • Holding the ‘bleep’
  • Managing exercises received through the bleep
  • Opening & closing of the building
  • Sign visitors in/out
  • Issue access cards to visitors for the building.
  • Raise issue logs for the building as required.
  • Carry out weekly fire alarm checks
  • Organisation of data into required format.
  • Compiling reports and correspondence.
  • Creating and distributing communications, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Administration and coordination of meetings, education courses, conferences, and briefings including booking and setting up of conference rooms.
  • Liaise with other clerical members of staff and the wider team to ensure the projects are up to date, consistent and in line with company procedures.
  • Answering telephone, dealing with enquiries etc.
  • Photocopying, scanning & binding documentation.
  • Adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Supporting with document control, providing project support to the project teams & other administration duties.
