About Us
We’re Black & White Engineering, a global MEP design consultancy helping shape some of the world’s most complex buildings, from data centres to major developments.
We started out as a small team of four and have since grown into a community of over 1,300 people working across 21 offices worldwide, but we’ve kept hold of that close-knit, collaborative feel along the way.
Our Values
We believe in being straight talking, approachable and easy to work with, and we keep our solutions simple and practical rather than overcomplicated.
We genuinely value different perspectives and when we say we’ll do something, we follow through on it. It’s a place where you’ll be trusted to do good work and supported to grow your career, backed up by strong employee ratings for our culture and career opportunities.
