Area Registered Manager – Residential Services The role You will provide visible leadership across all five services, supporting staff teams, maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities ·         Support Team Leaders and staff teams across five residential services. ·         Ensure services meet CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company expectations. ·         Oversee audits, health and safety, infection control and quality assurance. ·         Support recruitment, assessments, transitions and professional meetings. ·         Complete monthly reports and contribute to service improvement. About you You will be confident, compassionate and organised, with the ability to empower others and promote high standards. About the role Essential requirements ·         Registered Manager experience, preferably within learning disabilities and autism. ·         NVQ Level 5, or equivalent, in Health and Social Care. ·         Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and positive behaviour support. ·         Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills. ·         Flexible approach, including on-call duties and further training. ·         Full driving licence and access to a vehicle. ·         Willingness to complete the CQC Registered Manager application process after probation.
