Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our Roofing division covering the East of England region, to work as part of the regional team to grow the Tremco Roofing business in line with the core strategy and financial objectives.
Duties Include
- To work as part of the regional team, developing the sales of the full range of Tremco Roofing products.
- Sales and margin development in line with the agreed plan.
- Establish and maintain close business relationships with key regional approved contractors, so as to fully understand their business priorities, developing the opportunities for joint business planning and growth.
- This should be a two way relationship, providing the contractor with specified project leads and them provide project opportunities they have developed.
- Develop long term specification with large regional facility owners.
- Provide written and verbal specification support to clients.
- Provide site support and guidance in line with our technical team.
- Manage and monitor major project specifications through to completion.
- Identify and develop new target direct accounts in line with the strategic plan.
Successful candidates will have the following
- Proven experience in the Construction building (Roofing) business
- Proven sales experience (ideally 3 years)
- Proven experience of managing customer expectations and market requirements
