A Little About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll help shape the success of our pub in a role that truly makes a difference. You’ll be part of the management team, supporting the Manager in driving the smooth day‑to‑day running of the pub, leading and inspiring the team with confidence and enthusiasm. From recruiting and training new crew to delivering outstanding food, drink and service, you’ll play a hands‑on role in the success of the business.

- Minimum of 1-2 year’s experience at Assistant Manager or Supervisor level in a premium food environment
- The ability to motivate, guide, and lead by example
- A good understanding of rotas, stock control, and basic commercial awareness
- Excellent food & drink knowledge
- Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality
