About the Role
As a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner, you will
- Support the early identification of children with emerging additional needs.
- Work directly with children and families through targeted interventions, advice and practical support.
- Promote inclusive practice across Best Start Family Hubs and partner services.
- Deliver group sessions and model effective strategies to support children's development.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated support.
- Contribute to workforce development through coaching, guidance and sharing good practice.
- Help shape and develop Sefton's local SEND offer and Best Start Family Hub services.
