Key Responsibilities
- 10+ years of IT experience mostly in BMC Remedy/Helix development and implementation.
- Design, develop, and customize BMC Helix ITSM, Smart IT, Digital Workplace, and Innovation Studio solutions.
- Configure workflows, forms, filters, escalations, active links, SRDs, and service catalog offerings.
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, Web Services, and middleware platforms.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and architecture designs.
- Lead customer workshops, requirement discussions, solution demonstrations, and design reviews.
- Act as the primary interface between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Provide technical consulting and recommend best-fit Helix solutions aligned with business needs.
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, deployments, performance tuning, and production support.
- Lead offshore/onshore teams, mentor junior developers, and support project delivery governance.
- Prepare effort estimates, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and customer coordination skills.
- BMC Helix/Remedy and ITIL certifications preferred.
- Experience in telecom, banking, or large enterprise transformation programs is an advantage.
