Key Tasks
- Vaccinations, chick placements and bird movements.
- Working with the team to care for the livestock.
- General farm work, including husbandry, egg collecting and farm ground keeping.
- Coordinating team training.
- Liaising with Farm Managers for catch and vaccinations.
- Service Team Audit readiness.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for bird welfare, alongside the farm manager and team members
- Ability work with multiple farm teams.
- Strong work ethic and hands-on approach to tasks.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Managing service team equipment.
- Good communications skills with Farm teams and Area Manager.
- Leadership of the team, whilst following Red Tractor/industry assurance scheme standards, ensuring the individuals comply with biosecurity and health and safety procedures.
- Coordinating transport for the team members.
- Ensuring the completion of all team training required.
- Availability for night shifts.

As the plus rated Service Team member, you will be directly reporting to one of the Breeder Area Managers and working across all our farms.
