The Deer Shed is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef to join our café team in Alfreton Park. This is more than a chef role. Alongside preparing high-quality food for our café, catering events and wholesale customers, you will support and inspire young people aged 19-25 with additional needs as they develop catering, employability and life skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Develop menus and maintain excellent food standards.
- Support and coach young people in catering and workplace skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive kitchen environment.
- Help young people build confidence and achieve their potential.
