About the role
Join Sodexo as a Catering Supervisor at Unilever Four Acres, where you’ll help deliver a professional, welcoming catering service with a strong focus on customer care.
This is a hands-on role combining team supervision with excellent hospitality. You’ll help organise daily activities, support your colleagues and maintain the standards of service, presentation and attention to detail expected within a premium corporate environment.
What you’ll do
- Supervise daily catering activities, helping the team deliver an efficient and welcoming service.
- Organise tasks and support colleagues to maintain consistent service standards.
- Oversee the presentation and service of food and refreshments.
- Respond professionally to individual customer requirements and feedback.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness throughout catering areas.
- Follow food safety, allergen, health and safety, and site procedures.
- Complete relevant service records and use workplace IT systems.
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and keep service running smoothly.
What you bring
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality or a similar service environment, ideally within a premium hotel or corporate setting.
- Experience supporting or supervising colleagues.
- A strong understanding of customer care and professional hospitality standards.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe working practices.
- Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional approach, including discretion when handling customer requirements.
- Confidence using IT systems.
- The ability to work independently, use your initiative and contribute to a team.
