About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff on the company's most important priorities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership and driving projects forward in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, business priorities and ad hoc projects
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects, coordinating with teams to ensure timely execution
- Analyse company, market and financial data to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and drive their implementation
- Build AI-powered tools and agents to automate workflows, streamline operations and improve team productivity
- Support investor relations, including the preparation of reports and presentations
- Track key business priorities, performance metrics and progress against goals
- Tackle ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, actionable plans
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup, venture capital, strategy consulting or investment banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop practical solutions
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across different teams
- Comfort working with data; basic SQL or Python skills are a plus
- Experience building AI-powered tools or automations is a plus
- A STEM or quantitative degree from a top university is desirable
