Join Mastek as a Change, Release & Transition Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring that business-critical changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption across a multi-supplier environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end Change, Release, and Service Transition governance
- Drive ITIL v4 Change Enablement and Release Management best practices
- Coordinate multiple suppliers within a SIAM environment
- Oversee service transitions, operational readiness, testing, deployment, and early-life support
- Manage release schedules, dependencies, risk assessments, and CAB processes
- Ensure changes are thoroughly validated, approved, communicated, and successfully implemented
- Lead post-implementation reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and supplier performance management
- Act as the SME for Change & Release Management, influencing service quality and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- 🔹 5+ years of Change and Release Management experience
- 🔹 Strong experience working within SIAM and multi-supplier environments
- 🔹 Proven expertise in Service Transition Management
- 🔹 Solid understanding of ITIL Change Enablement, Release Management, and Service Management governance
- 🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and supplier coordination skills
- 🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- 🔹 ITIL v4 Certification preferred (ITIL v3 desirable)
