You will be the first point of contact for patients calling the Emergency SACT Hotline with concerns about symptoms or side effects from their ongoing treatment. You will receive a tailored induction programme, including support to complete UKONS triage tool training, visits to adjacent areas within the department, and will be supported by the clinical teams in both Haematology and Acute Oncology.
