Join Our Team

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Client Support Trainee Adviser to join our growing team at Insight.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial services and is looking to build a long-term career as a Financial Adviser. You'll begin your journey within our Client Support team while following a structured development programme designed to prepare you for progression into an advisory role.

Working alongside experienced advisers, you'll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable technical knowledge, and receive support towards achieving your professional qualifications.

If you're eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and are committed to professional development, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Client Support Trainee Adviser, you will provide high-quality support to advisers and clients while participating in an internal development programme. This programme combines practical experience with structured study, helping you build the skills and knowledge required to become a Financial Adviser.

You'll have the opportunity to shadow advisers, attend client meetings, assist with financial planning activities, and develop your understanding of investment, pension and protection solutions. Following successful completion of your six-month probation period, you'll begin a structured exam pathway to support your progression towards Diploma-level qualifications and future advisory opportunities within the business.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and professional individual with strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in financial planning. You'll be educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent), with GCSEs in English and Maths, and be confident using Microsoft Office applications.

Experience within customer service, administration, financial services, or a professional services environment would be advantageous, as would a degree in a relevant subject and an interest in, or progress towards, the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Most importantly, you'll have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to learn and develop your career within financial services.
