  • Produce and refine communications, presentations and briefing materials, ensuring content is accurate, polished and appropriate for its audience.
  • Ensure communications and presentation materials align with CBRE brand standards, the account tone of voice, confidentiality requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support account leaders and operational teams by drafting and editing written communications and developing communication plans for operational changes, service updates, launches, campaigns, events and account-wide initiatives.

  • Coordinate work order mitigation reporting and support the review of dashboards and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, blockers and matters requiring leadership intervention.
  • Manage the Fieldglass process for CBRE employees and contractors on the client account, maintaining accurate records in line with contractual, compliance and governance requirements.
  • Ensure departing workers are processed promptly and records are closed within required timescales.
  • Act as a central point of contact for workforce record management, working with managers, suppliers, recruitment teams and other stakeholders, while maintaining the relevant trackers and supporting documentation.
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new starters, working with recruitment, line managers, training teams, EHS colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate access, equipment, inductions, orientation and first-week support, ensuring onboarding communications, checklists and materials are accurate and timely.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative account support, including uniform and stationery requirements, company vehicle coordination, workforce queries and general employee support, with ownership of the item-request process.
  • Support the Account Director and senior leaders with calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements and general executive support.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, communications, trackers, action logs and other account documentation as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive people, operational, governance and client-related information.
