Job summary

We currently have a vacancy for a permanent Band 5 Community Nurse in Buckley District Nursing Team. The post requires that the successful candidate is a registered nurse with evidence of continued professional development. They should be motivated and enthusiastic, work within the team, whilst having the ability to work independently. The successful applicant will require an awareness of the evolving role within District Nursing.

Main duties of the job

Our aim is to provide quality, planned care for the patients. The post holder will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care in the community. The post holder will work as part of the district nursing team and with other agencies to provide clinically effective care. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
