Content Strategist / Support Specialist [AQ-20025]

Licensed sponsor London, England, United Kingdom Contract Posted 1 hour ago
We’re looking for a Content Strategist / Support Specialist to join a global technology team focused on making consumer products easier to understand, use and troubleshoot.

This is a highly collaborative role combining content, problem-solving and cross-functional stakeholder management. You’ll help create and maintain user support content for a range of consumer products, working closely with product and specialist teams to make sure users have the right information at the right time.

You don’t need to be a technical expert or have previous experience with these specific products. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and comfortable figuring things out, working with different teams and adapting when priorities or requirements change.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, update and maintain user-facing support content for consumer products, making information clear, useful and easy to understand.
  • Use AI tools to draft and develop content, applying your own editorial judgement to review, refine and improve the final output.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product updates, new features and changes, and translate these into effective user support content.
  • Manage content workflows from creation through to publication, ensuring content is accurate, timely and ready for launch.
  • Troubleshoot issues when workflows or processes don’t go to plan, using good judgement and problem-solving skills to identify practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams, managing feedback, negotiation and last-minute changes effectively.
  • Keep up to date with product developments and understand how changes may affect existing support content.
  • Identify content gaps, recurring issues and opportunities to improve the user support experience.
  • Monitor relevant metrics and user impact, using insights to help improve content and processes.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, meeting-heavy environment while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Work with content and technical tool teams where needed to understand systems, resolve issues and configure workflows.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships across the organisation.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with flexibility around background and level.
  • Experience in content strategy, content management, content operations, editorial, customer/user support or a similar field.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to make information clear and accessible for a broad audience.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, structured approach to working through unexpected issues.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach, with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where requirements, priorities and product information can change at short notice.
  • Good general technical understanding and the confidence to learn new tools and systems quickly. In-depth technical knowledge or coding experience is not required.
  • Experience using AI tools to support content creation is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.
  • A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.

Why This Role?

You’ll work on consumer products used by millions of people, helping ensure users can find clear, accurate and useful support when they need it.

You’ll join a collaborative team with a strong focus on training and development, with a structured onboarding period before taking on your own projects. The role offers the opportunity to work across content, product and support teams while developing your experience in a fast-moving technology environment.
