Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in administration, customer onboarding, sales support or a similar role involving accurate records and coordination across teams.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based CRM systems and their functionality, including customer records, lifecycle stages, workflows, dashboards and reporting; preferably Monday.com.
• Adept at Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to check information, identify discrepancies and maintain data quality.
• Excellent organisation and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a professional approach when dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to follow approval processes and handle customer information and confidential documents responsibly.
• Work Eligibility: We have a very competitive sponsorship scheme which allows for you to move to the UK.
