CSI Planning Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Planning Lead to drive project planning, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making across key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist planning activities across projects and business functions to ensure successful execution and delivery. 
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies. 
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives. 
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, domain leads, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and dependencies. 
• Ensure resource availability, capacity planning, and visibility across a 12-month planning horizon. 
• Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. 
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to leadership teams. 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process mapping, documentation, and optimization. 
• Prepare and maintain planning documentation, operating procedures, and governance materials.

Required Skills

• Experience in data planning and data-driven decision-making. 
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. 
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and reporting. 
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau. 
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and present meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders, domain experts, and technical teams. 
• Experience facilitating planning reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
• Experience working in Agile environments and distributed development teams.
