Curry Chef

We are looking for an experienced Curry Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of curry dishes to our restaurant's standards.

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian curry dishes
Prepare sauces, marinades and ingredients
Follow recipes and portion guidelines
Maintain consistent taste and presentation
Manage food preparation during busy services
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen station
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Work closely with other kitchen staff

Previous experience as a Curry Chef preferred
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
Good food preparation skills
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Good understanding of food hygiene
Reliable and hardworking
