Role Overview
We are looking for a Delivery Manager – Data Programs with experience primarily in IT services or service-based companies, preferably supporting clients in the London Market and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing data programs, coordinating onsite and offshore teams, engaging with clients, and translating business challenges into suitable technology solutions and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data programs, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore teams, manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, and ensure smooth program execution.
- Participate in RFPs and RFIs, including requirement analysis, solution discussions, and proposal preparation.
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend suitable data and technology solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to define solution approaches and support successful program delivery.
- Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
