• Master's degree or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Significant senior leadership experience within a complex NHS, healthcare, emergency services or operational environment.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and services.
• Evidence of delivering operational performance, transformation and service improvement.
• Experience of strategic workforce planning and organisational development.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management and patient safety.
• Experience of financial and resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and partnership working skills.
• Experience of managing organisational change and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to participate in strategic on-call and major incident arrangements.
