Digital Performance Marketing Specialist
Do You Have a Growth Midset?
- Are you currently managing, or have experience with, multi-channel budgets, hitting your KPIs, but secretly frustrated that your agency or brand won't let you test the wild ideas that could 10x results?
- Do you view a landing page, a UX flow, or an emerging platform not as "someone else’s department," but as your next growth lever?
- Are you tired of playing it safe with standard performance marketing playbooks, and looking for the autonomy, data access, and space to scale real breakthroughs?
If you answered yes, step away from the status quo. Accuracast is looking for a Growth-Driven Paid Search & Social Media Executive who treats performance marketing like an aggressive science experiment. We are an agency at the forefront of the most exciting and fastest growing field of technology and marketing.
Who We Are Looking For
We aren't looking for someone who has just "dabbled" in a few ad manager dashboards or blindly follows best-practice templates. We are looking for a relentless optimiser that is part media buyer, part data scientist and part UX specialist, with the ability to work at pace, test new ideas and adapt quickly.
You’ll take ownership of major client campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, LinkedIn, and X, but your vision won't stop at the ad click. You’ll look at the whole funnel: challenging user journeys, auditing landing page UX, testing conversion rate optimisation hypotheses, and pushing the boundaries of programmatic and AI-driven advertising.
Core Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Manage and aggressively scale paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Meta. DV360, LinkedIn).
- Growth Hacking & Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyse rapid-fire A/B tests across ad creative, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences.
- CRO & UX Collaboration: Analyse drop-off points in the funnel, suggest UX friction fixes, and collaborate on landing page testing to lift conversion rates.
- Big Data & Insights: Dive deep into big datasets to extract actionable trends, forecast performance, and uncover untapped market segments.
- High-Impact Copywriting: Craft compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and social messaging that demands attention and action.
- Creative Storytelling: Analysing what works and what doesn’t and advising creative development with data-led insights.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on paid media (PPC, paid social - Meta & LinkedIn particularly – and programmatic display) management experience.
- The Growth Mindset: A portfolio or history of challenging conventional tactics, testing unconventional channels, or optimising full-funnel metrics (beyond just CPC and CTR).
- Analytical Chops: Deep comfort with numbers, data analysis, and tools like GA4 (background in data analysis, mathematics, or business/marketing is a huge plus).
- Academic & Communication Edge: Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher from a top-tier university) with native-level written English and exceptional copywriting skills.
- Certifications: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint qualified.
- Bonus Points: Experience with CRO platforms, landing page testing tools, Photoshop/InDesign, or fluency in additional European languages.
