Executive Assistant
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two Managing Directors across our Healthcare and LG&E businesses.
This is a true EA role with real responsibility and visibility. You'll be trusted to manage competing priorities, anticipate what's needed and ensure both leaders can focus their time where it matters most.
It's a varied, fast-paced role suited to an experienced EA who enjoys working autonomously, building strong senior relationships and being at the heart of a busy leadership environment.
What you'll be doing
- Managing complex, fast-moving diaries across two senior leaders, resolving clashes and protecting key priorities.
- Managing inboxes and incoming requests, identifying what needs attention and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinating meetings end-to-end, including agendas, briefing materials, actions and follow-ups.
- Acting as a trusted first point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing briefing notes, presentations, board papers and leadership materials.
- Handling confidential commercial and people-related information with complete discretion.
- Coordinating UK and international travel, expenses and purchase orders.
- Supporting leadership meetings, events, offsites and projects, ensuring actions and deliverables remain on track.
What we're looking for
You'll have substantial experience as an Executive Assistant or senior PA, ideally supporting Director or Managing Director-level stakeholders.
You'll also bring
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
- Strong judgement, initiative and confidence working independently.
- A proactive approach, anticipating needs rather than waiting to be asked.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and complete discretion.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
