Executive Operations Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Operations Manager to join our team in Ascot.
This is a varied and highly visible role for someone who thrives at the heart of a busy business. Combining senior-level Executive Assistant support with hands-on office management, you’ll work closely with our CEO and COO, helping them operate effectively while ensuring the day-to-day running of our office and business is seamless.
You’ll be a key connector across the organisation, someone who can anticipate what’s needed, bring structure to competing priorities, solve problems before they become problems and confidently take ownership.
What we are looking for
You’ll ideally bring
- 4–7 years' relevant experience across Executive Assistant and office management roles
- Strong senior-level EA experience, including complex diary management, travel, meetings and stakeholder coordination
- Experience managing office operations, facilities, suppliers and service providers
- Confidence managing budgets, contracts and business administration
- An understanding of Health & Safety, compliance and operational policies, with an IOSH qualification or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with people at all levels
- A proactive, practical and resourceful approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent attention to detail and the discretion required when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous people management experience would be an advantage
The person we are looking for
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and genuinely likes being the person others can rely on.
One moment you might be supporting the CEO and COO with an important leadership meeting, the next co-ordinating a business project, resolving an office issue or working with a supplier. You'll be equally comfortable thinking ahead and rolling up your sleeves to get something sorted. You’ll be organised, calm, collaborative and solutions-focused, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders while remaining approachable and connected across the wider business.
Why this role?
It’s an opportunity to take on a position with real visibility and influence across the business, bringing together people, priorities and operations to help keep everything moving. If you’re an experienced EA or Operations professional who is ready for a broader role with greater ownership and variety, we’d love to hear from you.
