What you'll be doing
No two days are the same. You'll be out meeting applicants, showing properties, negotiating deals and building relationships with landlords and tenants across London.
Responsibilities include
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Conducting property viewings
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating offers and securing lets
- Managing a busy pipeline of applicants and properties
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the lettings journey
Who we're looking for
You're someone who's already gained some experience in lettings, property or a sales-focused role and is ready to step into a more ambitious environment.
You'll likely have
- Some experience working in lettings or property sales
- Confidence speaking with customers and building rapport
- A competitive mindset and desire to succeed
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- The motivation to increase your earnings and progress your career
- A full UK driving licence
