About This Opportunity
Are you an experienced Early Help practitioner looking for your next leadership opportunity? As a Family Help Locality Team Manager, you'll lead and support a team of Family Help professionals to deliver high-quality early intervention services that improve outcomes for children, young people and families across Cumberland.
You'll provide leadership, oversight and professional challenge to ensure effective safeguarding, high-quality practice and positive outcomes for families. Working closely with partners across education, health and social care, you'll drive a strengths-based approach, support service development and ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key leadership role, developing practitioners, shaping service delivery and contributing to the continued improvement of Cumberland's Family Help Service. Through this maternity cover position, you will play a vital role in helping families build resilience, reducing the need for statutory intervention and ensuring children remain safe, supported and able to thrive.
This role is available on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.
