- Provide technical support to colleagues, resolving system issues, login problems and general queries to minimise disruption to business operations.
- Manage user accounts and system permissions, ensuring colleagues have the appropriate access while maintaining security and data integrity.
- Assist with testing system upgrades, new features and changes, identifying potential issues and ensuring everything works as expected before implementation.
- Maintain accurate financial data through regular validation, cleansing and checks, helping ensure the reliability of information across our systems.
- Create and update user guides, training materials and process documentation, delivering training sessions to help colleagues use our systems confidently.
- Support financial reporting by extracting and analysing data, providing accurate information to assist business decisions.
- Manage incoming support requests through our ME ticketing system, coordinating resolutions and keeping users informed of progress.
- Monitor and maintain recharge algorithms, ensuring calculations and rules remain accurate and appropriate.
Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting financial systems or enterprise software applications, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear, practical guidance to users.
- A good understanding of data maintenance, validation and analysis, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to explain technical information clearly and support colleagues through training and guidance.
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Good commercial awareness, with an understanding of how financial systems, processes and accurate data contribute to business performance and decision-making.
- Experience creating training materials and delivering effective training sessions to colleagues with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with financial software, ticketing systems or basic SQL would be advantageous, alongside an AAT qualification or relevant experience in finance, accounting or information systems.
- A proactive, collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn, develop new skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
AI fluency & learning mindset: We are looking for people who actively use AI in their day‑to‑day work, demonstrate strong curiosity about new technologies, and take ownership for continuously improving how they think, work, and deliver.
