About this Role

Are you a Maintenance Controller, Fleet Controller, Service Controller or someone with customer service experience looking for a role where you can make a real difference? About You

You will be organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable making decisions when things need resolving quickly. Knowledge of vehicle repairs, transport, parts, workshops or call centre environments would be useful, but we are also interested in transferable experience and will provide full training.

  • Excellent telephone manner and a customer focused approach.
  • Able to think quickly, prioritise effectively and use sound judgement.
  • Comfortable working with costs, invoices and financial information accurately.
  • Good keyboard skills and confidence using computer systems.
