- Own and build our brands on TikTok, from the ground floor, next to a founder.

- Building an iconic brand native to the platform to perform at the highest levels.
What’s in it for you
- A real path. Within 12 to 24 months, the aim is for you to be running a brand or the whole TikTok channel.
- Everything is already built. You won’t need to raise money, find manufacturers or design packaging. Product development, supply chain, creative, and financial back office are already in place. Your job is to become one of the best operators in the world on the platform.
- A founder beside you. You’ll work directly with the rest of the founding team and our Head of Lives. You’ll see how every decision gets made: which products, which offers, what numbers matter, and where to drive your efforts.

Your mission in short will be to own how our brands grow on TikTok, end to end.
Which products we sell there, how they’re positioned, which creators should promote them, what we spend on paid, with a view on the commercials.
You will work closely alongside the founders of Malaberg plus our Head of Lives to help work your brand into one plan and fill the gaps between them. Plus have all the back end infrastructure of the parent company.
What you’ll own
- TikTok Shop. Listings, pricing, deals, campaigns and shop health, run to margin.
- Affiliates and creators. Recruiting, seeding, commission structures, and scaling a creator base that sells. Focusing on real GMV value not “going viral”.
- Creator partnerships. Co-built products and brands with creators who can carry them.
- Data and P&L. A weekly view of every brand on the channel.
It may help, but not required...
- Have run a TikTok Shop, an affiliate programme or a creator network.
- Have a solid grasp of consumer behaviour.
- Have an understanding of beauty and skin care.
- Have run GMV Max or TikTok ads.
- Have used FastMoss or Kalodata to find products before the market did.
Experience helps, but what we are most interested in is intelligence, a strong work ethic, and a talent for problem solving.
