Experience in systems engineering or a related technical discipline. Strong understanding of systems engineering principles across requirements, integration, and lifecycle delivery. Experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programmes. Ability to develop practical solutions to technical challenges with a structured and analytical approach. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with senior technical personnel. Degree or equivalent qualification/training in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.
