Group Reporting & Finance Director
We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting & Finance Director to join a large, international organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead group reporting, financial control, technical accounting and external audit activities, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end group reporting and consolidation processes.
- Oversee technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
- Manage the annual external audit process and key auditor relationships.
- Drive financial control, governance and balance sheet integrity across the organisation.
- Lead and develop high-performing reporting and financial control teams.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to improve processes, reporting quality and operational efficiency.
About You
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Significant experience in group reporting, consolidation and financial control within a complex, international business.
- Strong technical accounting expertise and knowledge of IFRS.
- Proven experience managing external audits and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- Highly organised, commercial and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
