Are you passionate about delivering exceptional workplace experiences and creating memorable events? We are seeking a Guest Services Meeting & Events Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of meetings, events, and hospitality services across our offices.

The Opportunity

As a key member of the Guest Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of events, from leadership meetings and VIP visits to employee engagement activities and large-scale town halls. Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and workplace teams, you will ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and every space is presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of meetings, conferences, events, and VIP visits.
• Manage event logistics, catering, room setups, AV requirements, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure meeting rooms and hospitality spaces are fully operational and customer-ready.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
• Monitor service standards and resolve workplace issues efficiently.
• Support compliance with health and safety procedures.

About You

• Experience in events, hospitality, workplace experience, facilities management, or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong organisational and event coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
