We're looking for a Handyman to provide delivery of facilities services across commercial and industrial environments at our Balderstone site. Role Responsibilities

Carry out general minor maintenance tasks across the site.
Act as the first responder for maintenance issues, ensuring assets are made safe and isolated where required.
Complete minor building repairs including door handles, door closers, window handles, blind repairs, wall repairs, floor repairs and trip hazard repairs.
Undertake minor fabric maintenance works to support the efficient operation of the facility.
Carry out minor plumbing tasks including toilet seat replacements, flush repairs, tap revivers and trap cleaning.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

Full, current UK driving licence.
Background in facilities maintenance within a similar environment.
Qualified in one of the building trades.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
