Job Title: Head of Cloud & Infrastructure
Location: London/Peterborough (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
We're looking for an experienced technology leader to shape the future of our Cloud & Infrastructure services. As Head of Cloud & Infrastructure, you'll own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of our cloud and infrastructure platforms, helping drive our transition to a product-led operating model. You'll lead the evolution of scalable, secure and highly automated platforms that enable business growth and deliver measurable value across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and deliver the vision, strategy and roadmap for Cloud & Infrastructure services.
- Lead the transformation to a cloud-first operating model centred around Microsoft Azure.
- Own cloud platforms, infrastructure services, identity management and associated architecture capabilities.
- Drive platform engineering, automation and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
- Establish governance, security, resilience and lifecycle management frameworks.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align platform investments with strategic priorities.
- Build and develop high-performing global teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience leading large-scale technology organisations within complex global environments.
- Strong expertise across cloud platforms, infrastructure services and identity technologies.
- Experience delivering cloud transformation and modernisation programmes.
- Knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, automation and platform engineering practices.
- Proven experience implementing agile, product-led ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A passion for innovation, engineering excellence and developing people.
Location
Hybrid, a mix of office and homeworking with regular presence in our Peterborough and London locations.
