We're looking for a commercially driven leader to own our sales, account management and customer service functions, turning growth priorities into clear targets and results. You'll manage and develop a team focused on customer retention, growth and satisfaction, using data to drive business development initiatives. This is a consultative, strategic selling role centred on overseeing and improving income targets.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning income forecasting, budgeting and reporting to support confident business planning
  • Building an account management model that drives retention and growth across existing customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding into emerging markets
  • Shaping product positioning, pricing and go-to-market plans around customer need
  • Leading the sales function β€” setting priorities, coaching the team and managing performance


What We're Looking For

  • Senior-level experience leading commercial, customer or growth functions, with a track record of improving income, contribution or margin
  • Experience managing and developing a team focused on customer retention, growth and satisfaction
  • Strong data skills, with the ability to turn insight into business development action
  • A background in consultative, strategic sales β€” from consulting, training/learning, or a membership or professional body
  • Experience overseeing growth and retention across diversified income streams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A management or leadership qualification, or equivalent experience
