St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional facilities and estates professional to lead and develop our Trust wide Estates function across 27 schools and growing.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the North West's largest and fastest growing Catholic academy trusts, taking strategic responsibility for the management, development and long-term improvement of a diverse education estate.
As Head of Facilities & Estates, you will
- Lead facilities and estates service across multiple sites.
- Develop and deliver the Trust's estate strategy and capital projects programme.
- Manage compliance, health & safety and risk across the estate.
- Oversee contracts, procurement and facilities budgets.
- Lead and develop facilities, buildings and cleaning teams across the Trust.
We are looking for someone with
- Significant estates or facilities management experience.
- Experience leading teams across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking coupled with a practical, solution-focused approach.
