Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals.
- Manage screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for GPs, Doctors, and healthcare staff.
- Coordinate documentation, reference checks, and relevant compliance/registration requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close vacancies within timelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring GPs, Doctors, Nurses, or other healthcare professionals.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS and Boolean sourcing.
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment compliance and professional registrations is preferred.
